Short Biography
Erinç Erbildim was born on May 9, 1992. He completed his undergraduate education in Accounting and Finance at the University of Southampton between 2010 and 2014. He later shifted his academic focus to psychology and earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Beykent University between 2017 and 2019. He subsequently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Bahçeşehir Cyprus University between 2020 and 2024. He is currently pursuing a PhD in General Psychology at Girne American University and is expected to graduate in February 2026. His academic work primarily focuses on perceived stress, somatic symptoms, experiential avoidance, and emotion regulation. He has published studies on these topics in both international and national peer-reviewed journals. In addition, he has worked as a Research Assistant and Lecturer at Bahçeşehir Cyprus University, where he has taught courses such as Stress Management, Statistics I, Introduction to Psychology, Social Psychology, and Principles of Ethics.
