Short Biography
Prof. Dr. MEHMET ZEKİ AVCI
He graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1979 with a Doctor of Medicine degree.
He completed his specialization as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist.
He continues his academic career as a Professor in his field, pursuing his academic research.
HER SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH FOCUSES ON GYNECOLOGY, SEXUAL HEALTH, PUBLIC HEALTH, HEALTHY LIVING, AND PATHOPHYSIOLOGY.
PROF. DR. MEHMET ZEKİ AVCI CURRENTLY SERVES AS A FACULTY MEMBER IN THE NURSING DEPARTMENT AT CYPRUS AYDIN UNIVERSITY AND ALSO HOLDS THE POSITION OF DEAN OF THE FACULTY OF HEALTH SCIENCES.
THROUGHOUT HIS ACADEMIC CAREER, HE HAS HELD VARIOUS ACADEMIC AND ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS AT DIFFERENT HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS.
SHE TEACHES UNDERGRADUATE-LEVEL COURSES IN WOMEN'S HEALTH NURSING, SEXUAL HEALTH, PUBLIC HEALTH, AND PATHOPHYSIOLOGY IN BOTH TURKISH AND ENGLISH.
