Short Biography
Hasan Cellatoğlu completed his undergraduate education in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at European University of Lefke. He received his Master of Science (MSc) degree in Motion Analysis from the University of Dundee, and completed his PhD in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at the European University of Lefke.
Between 2020 and 2024, he worked as a part-time lecturer at Near East University and Cyprus Aydın University, while concurrently practicing as a physiotherapist in a private clinical setting. During the same period, he served as the Head of the Physiotherapy and Orthotics–Prosthetics Units at the Mehmet Reis Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center, affiliated with the Turkish Cypriot Orthopaedic Disabled Association.
As of September 2024, he has been working as a full-time lecturer at Cyprus Aydın University. In September 2025, he was appointed as Assistant Professor and subsequently assumed the role of Head of the Department at the same institution.
His academic and clinical interests focus on motion analysis, kinesiology, biomechanics, orthotics and prosthetics, balance and posture, and functional assessment and rehabilitation in older adults.
